De-escalation 4 corrections Instructor

This is a de-escalation class like you’ve never experienced before. This course will provide the tools needed to reduce force incidents, keep careers intact, and lower liability.

We recognize that not every force incident can be avoided but this course will allow staff to identify strategies to keep everyone safe in a correctional environment and beyond.

This instructor course is 4 days

Includes:

  • Deep dive into emotional intelligence and self management.

  • Recognizing traits and signs to manage others.

  • Practical peer intervention.

  • Infusing de-escalation in force incidents.

  • Instructional tips and strategies.

This course is conducted in a class room setting. Note taking supplies are recomened. Tablets and laptops are welcome.
