Motor skill Instructor Development

Teaching is both a science and an art. ARC Tactical uses the latest research to improve the learners performance. Attendees will see the research put to work as we learn to teach! As training budgets shrink, we need to make the most of the time we have. This course will help you improve the learner’s retention of any information regardless of the topic.

This course can be infused into any of our other courses to create an instructor course in that discipline!

  • Appropriate feedback strategies

This course is mentally intense and physically demanding. Equipment list includes: duty gear, safety glasses, inert training weapons, any extraction gear used by your facility, note taking supplies and liability waiver. 

***NO LIVE WEAPONS ALLOWED***
