Tim with ARC Tactical Development was very professional and had a great knowledgeable base of Defensive Tactics and Use of Force. The multifaceted approach used to present training material kept training very interesting and targeted all learning styles. Dynamic Cell Extraction training was very informative, relative and all major skills and concepts were applicable. The atmosphere for training was very specific to Corrections and was great to see take place in a Corrections Center. This allowed for very realistic training!

I wanted to take time to thank you for the training you have been providing for the Kent Correctional Facility. The methods in which you teach are hands down some of the best we have received. In the past we have had instructors attempt to teach our department a variety of techniques but everyone walks away disappointed and discouraged.

The difference with ARC Tactical Development is how you show multiple moves and scenario’s that are Correction specific and with limited space. Not all situations we are in on a day to day basis happen with a ton of space. This is why learning your program has been extremely successful and hands on.

We have currently had ARC out to train, (Cell Extraction, VNR, Weapons Retention, Control Tactics into cuffing) with the best part of training is your ability to laugh with all of my staff. Every one of my staff members gets excited to have a training segment now compared to it being something they just showed up to attend.

The professionalism you display while conducting the classes is top notch! I can’t wait for our next training block, and I hope you don’t mind that I have been referring other agencies for ARC’s services.

From the great initial communication, to his flexibility to create a curriculum based off our unique department needs, bringing in ARC TACTICAL in as a training resource was priceless and we hope to make this training block a standard for our limited commission Police Support Officer staff. Tim put together a training curriculum specifically for them, keeping them engaged in skill development and topics that actually applied to their duties which include prisoner transports, court security, and Correction Facility duties.
